The Instruction and Leadership Division provides guidance, support and accountability to support high quality instruction and leadership in all 91Ó°Ôº. Our philosophy is supportive by five-guiding principals:

High-Quality, standards-based instruction focusing on the whole child that are aligned to the WV Standards for Effective Schools.

Support for learning, guided by data and students' needs to ensure high quality instruction and social-emotional support for all students.

To support the develop of principals and district administrators as effective instructional and organizational leaders.

Build strong lines of communication with students, families and our community.

Every graduate will be accepted into a career or post-secondary option.
