Heather Dempsey-James is the Parent Partner at 91Ó°Ôº East Middle School. This is a part-time position funded through Title I. Her role is to assist parents and families by communicating with families as well as planning family engagement events to provide resources to families to help their students succeed. Her goal is to help our school meet the needs of our students and their families. 

Heather is a magna cum laude graduate of Marshall University, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She lives with her husband and three sons.
