Mrs. Rebecca Ferguson attended West Liberty State College and Marshall University where she earned a BA and MA in Communication Disorders.  She attended Salem International University and earned a Professional Administration Cerification in principal Pk-12, general instruction and superintendent.  Mrs. Ferguson also holds a Professional Student Support Certificate.  She has been working in education for 30 years and has a total of 12 years of administrative experience.

Mrs. Ferguson is happily married for 34 years.  She has 3 sons and 6 grandchildren.  Currently she is residing in Cabell County.  She attended Lincoln County Schools.  She has a Therapy Dog named Haven that works with the students at Salt Rock Elementary and is shared with Spring Hill Elementary in Cabell County.  Mrs. Ferguson enjoys attending church, camping, reading, swimming and spending time with family.

Mrs. Ferguson is beginning her first year as Principal at Salt Rock Elementary.  She is very excited to be working in her own community that includes strong community school involvement.
