Principal O'Neal

Mr. O'Neal is a 1982 graduate of Logan High School in Logan, WV where he participated in their vocational studies with emphasis on drafting.  After high school, he earned an associate degree in Business Computer Program through National Institute of Technology in 1984.  After the completion of his associate degree, he moved to Roanoke, VA and live there until August of 1986.  Returning back to WV, Mr. O'Neal started Marshall University pursuing a degree in education.  He completed his BA in Secondary Education earning certificates in General Science 5-12 and Mathematics 5-9.  He immediately started his MS degree, earning his Health, Physical Education, and Recreation with emphasis in Atheltic Training degree in the Spring of 1994.  After several years of teaching, he pursued a certificate in Leadership Studies from Salem University, completing the program in the Spring of 2003.

2016-Present: Davis Creek Elementary (Principal)

Mr. O'Neal also coached football, wrestling, volleyball, and track at Enslow Middle School.  In addition, he coached freshman wrestling teams at HEHS and HHS.

Mr. O'Neal is married to Rhonda who is also an educator for 91Ó°Ôº.  They have two grown children and are blessed to have two grandchildren.  Mr. O'Neal wants you to know he thinks of your children as his very own and will treat them respectfully.  His plans are to assist parents in guiding students to be safe, respectful, and responsible, simultaneously striving for academic excellence.  He believes by working TOGETHER, all this are pawsible (possible).
