Luke Salmons MSAC Coach of the Year: CMHS Football
Coach Salmons was recognized by the Mountain State Athletic Conference as the 2023 Football Coach of the Year. In addition to this honor, he also led the CMHS Knights to a fantastic 10-2 season and finishing first in the Mountain State Conference. Congratulations, Coach Salmons and the Cabell Midland Knights on a great season!
